I am a Colorado native living in Highlands Ranch with my husband and my two sons. I am a 1999 graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I have over 1000 hours of hands-on training and education in several different types of massage including Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Chair/On-Site, Hot Stone, Prenatal and Infant massage. I have a special passion for working with babies and moms, both during and after their pregnancies.

I have previously worked in clinic environments, alongside other therapists, a Chiropractor/ Acupuncturist and a Naturopathic/ Homeopathic Doctor. I have been in private practice in my home in Highlands Ranch since 2002. These experiences and my diverse education, along with the desire to create a tranquil setting for massage, have now led me to work out of my home.

Each massage is specialized for you and your individual needs. I will incorporate several different types of massage in each session to make it most beneficial.

My mission as a massage therapist is to...

• Be a good listener and role model for my clients, and
• Assist my client's and their bodies relaxing, releasing and rejuvenating so they may live the longest, liveliest, and healthiest lives possible.

In order to acheive these goals, I will educate my clients and stay creative and healthy, so that my clients see me as the responsible, trustworthy, caring and educated woman and therapist that I am.
